Zinfandel - Livermore Valley 2004 **New Release
Bursting with rich, ripe flavors of raspberry and vanilla oak is our Livermore Valley, Sblendorio Vineyard, zesty Zinfandel. A pinch of tannic Cabernet Franc adds some backbone structure. Enjoy with pork loin smothered in a Zinfandel reduction sauce of rehydrated dried black raspberries.
Robusto Port
A delicious Port-style blend based upon our fruity Touriga Nacional 2002; well-resolved five year barrel-aged Estate Sangiovese 2001, depply colored Souzao 2002; and a hint of complexity from our fortified 2002 Cabernet Sauvignon... A rather interesting blend if I do say so myself.
Sparkling Malvasia Bianca

In the festive Spumante-Style, this sweet and bubbly is amply laced in flavors of Malvasia peach, dried apricot and clover honey, with an edge of pink grapefruit. It's panoply of fizzy and fruity pleasures will pair nicely with you next mixed stone-fruit fruit upside down cake.
Malvasia Bianca - California 2005
This wine has a lovely nose of sweet apricots, tangerines, a hint of pink grapefruit. These aromas carry through as flavors on the palate. Medium bodied yet mouth coating, the wine's excellent acidity helps balance out the sweet but very clean because of the excellent acidity. The sweet apricot and nectarine flavors gently fade from the palate. Enjoy slightly chilled. Everyone loves the sleek, cobalt blue bottle, so leave it out on display.

Sight
Look at the wine for clarity and color.
Hints: Most wines should be clear almost brilliant in clarity with an appropriate color.
Young White ~ Bright pale yellow color
Mature White ~ Straw color
Young Red ~ Bright and vivid red
Mature Red ~ Deep red with some brick edges
Smell
Swirl and Inhale
Gently swirl the wine in the glass and inhale deeply enjoying the full aromas and bouquet.
Taste
Take a sip
Taste a good sip of the wine and swirl it around your tongue and mouth. Almost chew the wine as you swirl. This will introduce some oxygen to the wine opening up all the flavors.
